Office.eu (The Hague, launched March 2026) and Email.eu (Groningen) want the same thing: European companies running on European infrastructure. We compare on the only fair axis for a product this new — what you can sign up for, and verify, today.
Office.eu details are from its public launch coverage and site as of June 2026 — it launched March 4, 2026 and is in an invitation-only phase; we will update this page as it ships. Office.eu is a trademark of its owner, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse Email.eu.
One subscription. Everything included.
Mail · Calendar · Contacts · Drive · Docs, Sheets & Slides · Wiki · Chat · Video meetings · Migration engine · SSO & 2FA · Hands-on onboarding
No add-on ladder — no Copilot tier, no Gemini tier, no storage upsell to make the entry plan usable.
We're glad Office.eu exists. Every serious European entrant makes “leave the American stack” less of a leap of faith for the next buyer, and competition will keep both of us honest. If they ship well, Europe wins either way.
The difference today is verifiability. Email.eu is generally available with public pricing, a live status pagemeasuring real uptime, a working migration engine for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and IMAP, and customers being onboarded by hand this week. When Office.eu publishes pricing and opens its doors, we'll update the table — including the rows where they beat us.
A comparison against a product in pilot can only be provisional — that's why every row above states what is public, not what we guess. Our own gaps are published the same way, on our trust center and compliance roadmap: what's live, what's targeted, what's roadmap.
Also compare: Google Workspace · Microsoft 365 · Proton · Euro-Office
