Do I need to register a legal entity to apply?
For the Referral track, no — individuals can apply with a personal account and an EU IBAN. For Reseller and Technology tracks, you'll need a registered EU/EEA business (any legal form: BV, GmbH, SARL, AB, sp. z o.o., etc.) and a valid VAT number where applicable.
Who owns the customer relationship?
As a Reseller, you do — you're the contracting party, you bill the customer, and you're the first line of support. We back you with tier-2 escalation and engineering when you need it. Referral partners hand over to us on first contact; we close, onboard, and operate, while you collect commission for the life of year one.
Can I bundle email.eu with my own services?
Yes — that's the point. Resellers regularly package the workspace with managed services, security operations, identity, training, and migration consulting. Your bundle pricing is yours to set; commission is calculated on the email.eu list price portion of the contract.
How are leads from email.eu routed?
Inbound deals from our marketing & sales pipeline are routed to partners by region, vertical fit, and tier. Premier partners get first look in their region; Certified partners get matched leads scored against their stated specialties. Lead routing is opt-in per quarter and visible in your dashboard.
What happens if a customer churns?
Commission stops the quarter the customer cancels. There's no clawback for prior periods, and no liability for revenue that hasn't paid. If the customer downgrades, your commission scales with the new ARR from the next quarter onward.
Are there exclusivity clauses?
No. You can resell other workspaces, host competing logos on your wall, and walk away with 90 days' notice. Sovereignty cuts both ways.
How and when am I paid?
Quarterly, in EUR, via SEPA, to any EU/EEA IBAN you provide — 30 days net after quarter close. Statements with line-by-line attribution are available in the partner portal and as PDF. We do not pay in vouchers, credits, or platform balance — only money.
Where is the partner agreement governed?
Dutch law, with disputes settled in Groningen. The agreement itself is short — under ten pages — and we're happy to walk your legal team through it before you sign.
