Euro-Office is good for Europe, and we mean that, a credible open-source office suite makes the whole category real. But note what you're buying: an editor component. To run a company on it you still assemble Nextcloud, a mail server, video meetings, identity and backups, yourself or through a hoster, and when something breaks, the question is which vendor in the coalition owns the problem.
Email.eu is the assembled result: one login, one bill, one DPA, one company accountable for the whole thing. Same European open-source foundations, Stalwart, Bulwark, La Suite Meet, Authentik, already integrated, operated and onboarded by hand.
If you have the team to run Nextcloud and want full open-source control with no per-seat licence, the Euro-Office stack is a legitimate choice, that DIY freedom is something a hosted product can't give you.
