Pricing, in plain terms.

How much does Email.eu cost?
Starter is €7 per user per month and Business is €14 per user per month, both excluding VAT and billed monthly. Enterprise is priced on request. Every plan includes the full workspace (email, calendar, contacts, drive, docs, sheets, slides, wiki, chat and video meetings) plus the migration engine. There are no per-app add-ons.
Is there a minimum number of users or a contract term?
No. There is no seat minimum, no annual commitment and no minimum term. You are billed monthly for the seats you have, you can add or remove seats as your team changes, and you can cancel from your account settings at any time; the workspace then runs to the end of the current billing period, which is invoiced at the end of that period as usual.
Is there a free trial?
No, not a self-service one. Evaluations run as a hands-on onboarding with a real domain and real data, arranged with us directly. Book a demo and we will scope it with you.
What is the difference between Starter and Business?
Both plans include every application. Business adds 2 TB of storage per user instead of 100 GB, PGP or S/MIME encryption at rest with keys you hold, audit logs, the ability to use Email.eu as an OIDC identity provider for your own applications, and priority support from our team in Groningen.
Do you support two-factor authentication?
Yes, on every plan and at no extra cost. Each person can add an authenticator app (TOTP) or a passkey to their account at id.email.eu, the sign-in service all nine apps share, and from then on every browser sign-in asks for it. Mail clients that speak IMAP or CalDAV use app passwords instead, revocable per device. What is still on the roadmap is the admin setting that requires two-factor from everyone in a workspace, so today enrolment is each person's own choice.
Do you charge for migration or onboarding?
No. The migration engine is included on every plan, and onboarding is done with you by a human at no extra cost. There are no setup fees, no per-mailbox migration charges and no egress fees if you later leave.
How do billing, VAT and invoicing work?
All prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. We invoice in arrears: at the end of each month you get an invoice for that month, due within 14 days. Nothing is charged up front, so you only ever pay for what you have already used. Payments are handled by Mollie, a Dutch payment provider, so your payment data never leaves the EU. We may adjust prices at most once a year for inflation and cost changes, on at least one month's written notice.
