Remails B.V. (KVK 89044819), trading as Email.eu, Boumaboulevard 406, 9723 ZT Groningen, The Netherlands, is the controller for personal data processed about visitors to this site and administrators of a workspace. For data inside a customer workspace, the customer is the controller and Email.eu acts as processor under the Data Processing Agreement.
Account and billing details you provide, product telemetry strictly needed to operate and secure the service, and support correspondence. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share personal data with data brokers.
All processing takes place in EU/EEA regions you choose. Data never leaves the EU/EEA without your explicit instruction.
Under the GDPR you can access, rectify, export, restrict or erase your personal data. Workspace data can be exported at any time in open formats, and erasure requests are honoured within statutory timeframes.
We keep a current, machine-readable list of sub-processors and notify customers of changes in advance. All sub-processors are bound by EU-equivalent data protection terms.
