How do we switch from Gmail or Outlook?

Start your workspace, add your domain with one DNS record, and bring colleagues and old mail along while everyone keeps working. Point your mail to us last. Most companies switch in a weekend.

Can we keep using Apple Mail or Outlook?

Yes. Email.eu works with Apple Mail, Outlook and Thunderbird, on your computer and on your phone, alongside the app in your browser.

Is my mail encrypted?

Yes, stored encrypted with a key for your workspace, and sent encrypted to every server that supports it. It isn't end-to-end encrypted: like any email, people outside Email.eu can read what you send them.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes, Email.eu is for mail on your own domain, like yourcompany.nl. You can add more than one, and give everyone the addresses they need.

What if we want to leave later?

Export everything, any time: mail, files, calendars and contacts. Your domain stays yours, so you can take your addresses with you.
