The new Email.eu is here
Mail, calendar, chat, meetings and files, rebuilt as one app by one team. Still in Europe, still independent.
Today we're opening the new Email.eu. The promise is the same as before: everything your company needs to work together, in one place, built and hosted in Europe. What changed is everything underneath it.
Why we started again
The first Email.eu was made from good open-source products, side by side. One for mail, one for chat, one for meetings, one for files. Each did its job. Together they felt like what they were: several products that shared a login.
So we wrote it again, as one app. The mail server, the file storage and every screen you use in a day now come from the same team, with one design and one set of data underneath. We wrote more about that choice in why we wrote every part ourselves.
What's in it
- Today. Your day on one screen: your meetings, the mail that's yours to answer, and what came back from snooze.
- Email and shared inboxes. Your own domain, snooze, send later and undo send. Answer info@ together: reply to a conversation and it's yours.
- Calendar. Shared calendars, a video room added when you invite people, and a booking page where clients pick a time.
- Meet and Chat. Video in the browser, where guests join with a link. Channels where every conversation has its own topic.
- Drive, Docs and Sheets. Files for the whole company, and documents you write and calculate in together. Word and Excel files open, and save back.
- Wiki. Pages that link to each other, so the answers stay easy to find.
- Sending. The emails your website and apps send, from your own domain.
Press ⌘K anywhere, and one search finds people, mail, files, wiki pages and chat.
Made to be calm
We care about the small things. Light and dark are both designed. Almost everything works from the keyboard. On a train, press ⌘ and the full stop, and names and text blur until you point at them. And if you'd rather keep using Apple Mail, Outlook or Thunderbird, they work too.

Still in Europe, still independent
Your data stays in Paris, on OVHcloud, with backups in Gravelines. No American company handles your mail, files or messages. Your mail and files are stored encrypted, with a key for your workspace alone. There are no ads and no tracking, and you can take everything with you whenever you like. What it costs
Solo is €9 a month for one person. Team is €19 and Business €29 per person a month. Prices are without VAT, paying yearly gives you two months free, and guests are always free. Sending is paid by use, and the first 1,000 messages each month are free. See pricing for what each plan includes.
What's next
We'll keep polishing, one small detail at a time, and we plan to be ISO 27001 certified in the first half of 2027. We'd also love to hear what you'd like next. In the app, Help has a Roadmap where you can suggest an idea and vote on others.
