Hi E,

Here’s the final draft with the auditor’s last comments folded in. Two open items I’d like to walk through before we send to the board on Friday: the sub-processor disclosure (now lists 4 instead of 7) and the renewed pen-test attestation.

I’ve also pre-staged the slides in Pages — link inside. Let me know if you want a 15-min sync this afternoon to lock down the narrative.

Calendar

Time,
better spent.

Scheduling built around how European teams actually work — school holidays, regional time zones, genuine quiet hours. Share availability without exposing your day.

  • Booking links that share availability, never your calendar
  • Focus blocks that auto-decline by server rule, not a plugin
  • Free/busy federation with Exchange, iCloud and CalDAV
  • Open CalDAV — opens in Apple Calendar, Thunderbird, Evolution

Q2 strategy — going deeper, not wider

SeaDoc · shared with 6 · saved just now
The thesis

After a quarter of new-logo acquisition, Q2 pivots to depth over breadth. Our largest ten customers still use Email.eu as mail-plus-calendar — an opportunity worth forty points of net expansion.

Three focus areas
  • Drive activation — 60% of Business seats storing > 5 GB
  • Meetings in regulated industries — the compliance story is complete
  • Migration concurrency — 2× cutover speed unlocks mid-market
🔒 Restricted block · Leadership only
Compensation bands and the Q3 plan — visible to 3 of 6 editors.

“Net expansion” or “net revenue retention”? Let’s be precise before this goes to the board.
Migration

Switch in a weekend.
Not a quarter.

Our migration engine moves mail, calendars, contacts, drives, groups and aliases from any major workspace. Cutover runs while you sleep — or while you work. Your call. Nobody loses a message, nobody loses a meeting.

Answers

Frequently asked questions.

Where is our data actually stored?
In an EU region you choose at signup. Data never leaves that region without your explicit consent, and never leaves the EU/EEA under any circumstance.
Can we bring our own encryption keys?
Yes. Every plan above Starter supports customer-managed keys via KMIP or our hosted HSM. You can rotate or revoke at any time — revocation is honored in under 90 seconds across the suite.
How do we migrate from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Our migration engine supports IMAP, Exchange Web Services, Microsoft Graph, CalDAV, CardDAV, and S3. Most organizations complete cutover inside a weekend with zero downtime — we schedule around your timezone.
What happens if we want to leave?
You can export every byte, at any time, in open formats (.mbox, .ics, .vcf, .odt, .xlsx). No lock-in, no egress fees, no retention drama. Your data is yours.
Is Email.eu open source?
The clients, protocols and SDKs are open source (AGPL). The orchestration layer is source-available under a fair-use license. Security researchers get free access to the full stack via our disclosure program.
Do you train AI on our data?
No. Not ever. This is a hard architectural guarantee — customer data is encrypted per-tenant with keys we cannot read. Our AI features (summarize, draft, find) run on dedicated tenant-isolated models that only see data you explicitly pass in, and forget it when you close the session.
