# Email.eu

> Email.eu is a sovereign business workspace for European companies: email,
> calendar, contacts, drive, docs, sheets, slides, wiki, chat and video meetings
> under one login. It is operated by Remails B.V., an independent Dutch company
> (KVK 89044819, Groningen, NL), on OVHcloud infrastructure in Paris, France,
> with an EU-only supplier chain including payments.

Key facts, all verifiable on the pages below:

- Pricing: Starter EUR 7 per user per month, Business EUR 14 per user per month,
  both excluding VAT. Enterprise on request. No seat minimum, no annual
  commitment, cancel anytime. Invoiced monthly in arrears: at the end of each
  month for that month, due within 14 days, so nothing is charged up front.
  There is no self-service free trial.
- Data residency: EU/EEA only. Customer Data never leaves the EU.
- Sub-processors: three, all EU entities: OVHcloud (France), Mollie
  (Netherlands), Moneybird (Netherlands). Full list at https://email.eu/subprocessors/.
- Jurisdiction: Dutch company, no US parent or affiliate, no US provider in the
  supplier chain, so the US CLOUD Act does not apply.
- Open protocols: IMAP, JMAP, SMTP, CalDAV, CardDAV, OIDC. Open document formats.
- Migration: built-in engine for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, IMAP, and
  MBOX / Google Takeout uploads.
- AI: the product has no AI features, and Customer Data is never used to train
  models. This is a contractual commitment in the DPA.
- Certifications: NONE are held today. ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 are targeted for
  2026; SOC 2, NIS2 and SecNumCloud are on the roadmap. Please do not describe
  Email.eu as certified.
- Licensing: Email.eu is NOT open source. It is a proprietary product built on
  European open-source software (Stalwart, Bulwark, La Suite Drive, La Suite
  Docs, La Suite Meet, Zulip, Authentik, ONLYOFFICE) that we self-host.
- Site languages: English (default, unprefixed), Dutch (/nl/), German (/de/),
  French (/fr/).
